True Basketball Skills Training

Basketball is a game made up of three components; Your Skills, Your Mental Focus and Your Physical Athleticism.

1. Skills

Increase your offensive and defensive play making ability.

2. Mental Focus

Increase your basketball IQ. Develop a positive competitive approach to the game. Develop and maintain a positive attitude toward coaches, teammates, opponents, officials and spectators.

3. Physical Athleticism

Increase your athletic performance ability. Develop better coordination, strength, speed, agility and quickness, increase stamina...etc.,
